In today’s Corporate, Sporting and Competitive world, Teamwork is essential to be successful. No matter what your group, how big or small, every success story starts with an effective team. Many groups have turned to team building activities to strengthen their team. Unfortunately, choosing one that everyone can participate in and benefit from can be a difficult task. Laser Skirmish requires team members to form united teams to be successful in winning mission objectives. . In order to successfully complete missions a team will need to formally or informally develop a leadership structure, a strategic plan, and communicate within the team in order for the team to direct their efforts towards a common goal. ![]() Laser Skirmish can demonstrate to teams that all participants have a contribution to make, regardless of their individual role. The need for team members to pull together and work together is paramount to stay alive and execute a successful plan! And let’s not forget that “Laser Skirmish is Great Fun!” and a real workplace treat that will have employees talking about us for months after the event. We have a special mission which is called the “VIP Escort”. This is a Great Challenge and a lot of fun! The idea is that the "boss" or anyone who volunteers is known as the "VIP". Your group divides into 2 teams. One team are known as the “bodyguards” and the other team are known as the “ambushers”. Firstly the ambushers go out into the playing field to take their positions for their strike, as their goal is to “eliminate” the VIP. The VIP then precedes with his/her bodyguards from point A to point B hopefully without being “eliminated”. |
